Personal Restoration Plan
Begin with an assessment, personal goals and an individualised plan that gives the program a clear direction.
A clinically guided, evidence-based restoration system for people with Parkinson’s—combining personalised planning, expert exercise, coaching, mental health support and lifestyle strategies to help you move better, feel stronger and live more fully
The first cohort is deliberately small so we can learn with participants, personalise the experience and improve the model before expanding.
Begin with an assessment, personal goals and an individualised plan that gives the program a clear direction.
Individualised and group training leveraging cutting-edge best practices in neuroplasticity.
Baseline measures, regular check-ins and end-of-program review so we learn what is changing and what matters most.
Personalise the plan. Train with purpose. Build the practices around it. Measure what matters. Adapt as you progress.
Restore in Motion is being developed as a clinically guided, evidence-based restoration system for people living with Parkinson’s.
We bring together personalised planning, expert exercise, restoration coaching, mental health and lifestyle support, community and meaningful measurement into one integrated approach. Our focus is on helping each person build the greatest possible capability, resilience, independence and quality of life.
What can you continue to build?
That question sits at the heart of Restore in Motion — and why we are starting with a founding group who can help shape what comes next.
Restore in Motion is bringing together lived experience, coaching, fitness and clinical expertise to create a program that is both ambitious and grounded.
Michael has been living with Parkinson’s for almost four years. He is a highly experienced and qualified organisational transformation coach and a certified fitness trainer, bringing together a deep understanding of behaviour change, performance and human potential.
Since his diagnosis, Michael has continued to increase his physical capacity and performance across a range of indicators. He understands first-hand the physiological and emotional challenges that people with Parkinson’s confront every day.
He is passionate about working with people with Parkinson’s to uplift their capabilities, strengthen their confidence and redefine what is possible.
Additional clinical and coaching profiles will be added as the founding delivery team is finalised.
The founding cohort is designed as a learning loop. We personalise, measure, listen and adapt.

No. Restore in Motion is being developed as a structured exercise, coaching and restoration service. It does not replace your neurologist, GP or other healthcare professionals. Clinical and exercise components will operate within the scope of the appropriately qualified professionals involved.
The current plan is to test locations in Sydney's Inner West / Rhodes–Strathfield area. Final times and venue will be confirmed with accepted participants.
Founding-cohort pricing is still being tested. People who express interest will receive the proposed offer before making any commitment.
We may contact you for a short discovery conversation. If the pilot appears suitable, we will explain the program, screening process, dates, pricing and next steps before you decide whether to join.
